All purchases are final. Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item was damaged upon arrival. In the event that a piece is damaged or broken during shipping, please email bugpicnicart@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage within 3 days of arrival, and I will do my best to resolve the issue!
